Product Distribution Specialist

POSITION:Product Distribution Specialist (Part-Time M-F 30-35 hours)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Distribution Specialist will be responsible for and ensure the efficient delivery of products to various vendors throughout New Hampshire. This position will work closely with the administrative assistant and owner on invoicing and coordinating orders for delivery. Individual must be punctual, dependable and flexible, committed to serving the farm, and support our mission and products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

 Works with administrative assistant and owner to coordinate daily orders, deliveries and invoicing.

 Pulls products to fulfill daily deliveries, packs coolers and loads delivery van

 Delivers products throughout NH

 Coordinates collection of all bottle returns with vendors

 Unloads delivery van at end of shift and returns coolers to storage and jars to dishwashing room

 Responsible for the general upkeep of the delivery van including, but not limited to, keeping it clean inside and out, fueling vehicle, replacing washer fluid as needed, maintaining proper air in tire, and notifying the owner when an oil change is due or of any other concerns in the way the vehicle is operating.

 Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 Excellent driving record

 Must be able to lift and carry 40-45 pounds

 Outgoing and enjoys working with people

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting the needs of various audiences

 Ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing circumstances

 Must be a team player and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; understanding how interactions with other employees ultimately impacts the customer

 Experience with Quickbooks and Google Maps

 Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
