Job Title:Product Data Administrator
Reports to: Sr. Product Manager
As a Product Data Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and organization of our Product Data. You will be responsible for managing product information across various platforms, facilitating efficient distribution processes, and supporting the overall success of our company. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of product management principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Collect, review, and clean data, supporting the Product Management Team.
· Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and purchasing to gather and update product information according to business needs.
· Manage Product Data within the company's databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
· Conduct data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies in product information.
· Examine complex data to optimize the data's efficiency and quality.
· Utilize various software platforms and tools to upload, organize, and distribute Product Data to internal teams and external partners.
· Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to optimize systems and processes for Product Data management.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance data quality and integrity.
· Manages Product Data help desk, updating product information and records as necessary.
· Provide responsive and professional customer service.
· Perform duties as a team as well as individually.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Management or equivalent experience in a related field.
· Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or inconsistencies.
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks with finesse.
· Proficiency in database management systems and software tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Office platforms and ERP systems
· Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all product launch plans and initiatives.
