PRODUCT CATALOG MANAGER *HYBRID FLEXIBILITY (Irvine, CA & Cary, NC Office Locations)

SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Senior Catalog Specialist specializing in the manufacturing sector of the automotive parts industry. This pivotal role is directly responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Product Catalogs for the company’s wide range of auto parts. Will also be responsible for the distribution of catalog data and all digital assets.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT CATALOG MANAGER

• Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of catalog data and implementing industry best practices for catalog organization and presentation
• Lead efforts to improve catalog data management processes, support sales and marketing initiatives, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through high quality content
• Will maintain detailed product data; detailed automotive application, catalog conflicts, overlaps, VIO, gaps, images, digital assets, current industry standards/versions (ACES, PIES), accurate OE, industry, customer and competitor interchanges
• Work with teams on system integration, vehicle/part research and other initiatives
• Manage / distribute product images
• Launch new products and maintain existing products

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT CATALOG MANAGER

• Associates degree preferred
• AutoCare catalog standard knowledge (ACES,PIES) and related tables (VCdb, Qdb, PCdb, PAdb)
• 6+ years catalog related experience in mapping management, validation, research and distribution
• PIMS experience
• PartSmart, JNPSoft, Talking Pictures a plus
• Heavy database management and manipulation
• Must have automotive industry experience
