Treat Prep Coordinator

Wash hands when leaving/returning to station and at least once every hour.

Primary Duties:

• Manage chill area:
• Complete Chill Area Checklist
• Read monitor and delegate orders to chill crew
• Prioritize treat assembly process based on complexity of orders
• Anticipate and react to changes in volume
• Hand blanks and products off to Treat Prep person
• Communicate where products should be delivered
• Check product quality (weight, build, appearance)
• Monitor and maintain stock and cleanliness
• Emphasize speed of service–maintain the customer experience
• Deliver if necessary, when a delay occurs with the order

Secondary Duties:

• Check soft serve mix levels
• Complete overrun log
• Complete waste sheet
• Check schedule of daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning/maintenance duties and complete them

Treat Prep Person

Wash hands when leaving/returning to station and at least once every hour.

PrimaryDuties:

• Complete final preparation of treat products adhering to portion and appearance standards
• Assemble utensils and packaging
• Deliver to front counter, expediter or drive-thru
• Deliver all Blizzard® Flavor Treats upside-down for front counter deliveries

SecondaryDuties:

• Cleaning (sweep, mop, clean sinks, complete counter wipe down, sink, topping cabinets, soft serve drip tray, etc.)
• Re-stock inventory and follow FIFO when appropriate (spoons, cups, cones, lids, utensils, toppings, Blizzard ingredients, nuts, brownies, milk, bananas, fudges)
• Clean, organize walk-in cooler
• Maintain orderly and clean work area
• Empty trash
• Clean utensils
• Ensure all sanitary waters are changed and linens rinsed or changed as needed (wash cloths, hand towels, etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
