Description
The Product Artwork Operational Excellence Associate will partner with the different functions within PA, Packaging CoE, Global Regulatory and Compliance, Business & Technology Quality, Pack sites and vendors to identify, develop and implement new opportunities and/or innovative technologies to optimize processes and systems. He/She will strengthen partnership with vendors; Drives continues improvement, E2E performance-based culture and partner cross‐sector to leverage and integrate best practices.
Roles & responsibilities
- Systems and processes
- Support the development, implementation and optimization of all processes within Product Artwork
- Drive and manage all systems, control and validation activities (system audits included)
- Pro-actively looking for new and innovative technologies on the market to optimize Product Artwork process and leverage best practices in and outside J&J
- Lead or act as a core team member in key project initiatives both cross-functional or global
- Performance management
- Driving a performance/metrics-based culture inside PA, same as outside by engaging with key stakeholders to improve metrics and E2E visibility
- Support timely creation and maintenance of all PA dashboards
- Monitor trending and collaborate across other functional teams within PA to review metrics and define corrective / preventive actions
- Support QMS
- Partnership Management
- Participate in the management meetings with the different vendors on a need-basis
- Contribute to driving a performance/metrics-based culture at the vendors to monitor and improve their service level
COMPETENCY (knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required):
- Knowledge of cGMP, pharmaceutical legislation.
- Knowledge about E2E Labeling, Product Artwork process and printed packaging materials and interfaces with key functions

Qualifications
DEGREE:
- Master’s degree or equal by experience required
- Min 5-10 years of relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical / regulated environment
LANGUAGES:
- Ability to express yourself and present in English, tell a story and engage stakeholders
