Producer / Project Manager

Our Producer position oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities, scheduling, purchasing, and communication of the production department, field operations, account management, and creative department related to production elements for programs and our clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and lead them through various stages of production including handoff from sales
- Procure elements to complete contracted elements per program
- Source and manage third party vendors
- Main point of contact/liaison for all project communication
- Assist account managers with program execution to meet client demands
- Responsible for adhering to project budget & deadlines
- Review production schedules to ensure timelines support project deadlines
- Review creative elements for quality control prior to sending out to clients
- Lead interdepartmental communications between Lime teams with client contacts
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Collaboration – liaise between client and internal teams to ensure project success at every stage
- Accuracy – work with excellence to maintain a high level of accuracy regarding resource allocation for all aspects of operations including budget, labor, change orders, troubleshooting, and communications to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Quality – maintain minimum client satisfaction rating goal of 95%.
- Timely – be obsessive with deadlines and continually reinforce expectations internally and externally
- Communication – Overcommunicate at every level, ensuring peace and pace for clients and teams
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High energy, extremely organized, and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach to problem solving and solution selling
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- 5-7 years of previous estimating, program/account management experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
