Its experienced corps of Imagineers oversees the creation - from concept initiation through installation - of all Disney Resorts, theme parks and attractions, real estate developments, regional entertainment venues, and new media projects.
The Senior Producer provides the leadership, organizational skills and technical knowledge to produce all aspects of an attraction/experience from concept to opening, while also ensuring that the creative vision is realized. The producer must assimilate and prioritize balanced decision making to provide clarity of vision and direction to the team and at all levels across WDI leadership. The Producer ensures that the work is advancing in accordance to prescribed intent, priorities are held and that the team dynamic is healthy and forward facing.

Responsibilities/You Will
- Manage the relationships with strategic and franchise partners across Disney Parks, Products and Experiences and TWDC.
- Oversee the completion of creative deliverables and develop a work around plan to manage risk.
- Understand how the creative process works to complete the overall creative vision.
- Influence the change in scope as needed.
- Negotiate creative contracts.
- Collaborate with other project leaders to define and prioritize short-term and long-term objectives.
- Partner with team leaders to define proof of concept mock-ups and document the results.
- Manage communications requests and special projects.
- Possess strong production skills and are an experienced budget, schedule and mitigation professional.
- Provide Leadership to all partners involved in producing large-scale attractions/experiences and show production and a leader of multiple teams based on project scope.
- Facilitate balanced decision-making within project scope between multiple disciplines and also be an important Creative referee when competing needs must be dealt with.
- Articulate the status and risk levels and communicate clear project updates to all levels within the organization.
- Handle multiple project(s) scope or larger span of scope.
Basic Qualifications/You Will Have
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote.
- Knowledge of facility design (architecture, interiors, graphics, etc.).
- Experience with theatrical technologies, i.e. – lighting, effects, audio, projection, set design and construction, paint, etc.
- Knowledge of creative process and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Research tools.
- Ability to organize multiple layers of documentation.
- Training in project management in arts, theater or entertainment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to travel both domestic and international as required.
- Prefer minimum of 5 years of Disney experience or related relevant experience.
- Familiarity of different ride systems relative to consumer experience.
Required Education
- BA/BS in theater, film, design, entertainment, architecture or project management.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $135,000.00 to $181,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
