Job Summary:

As a Digital Content Producer at Medefy, you will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful, consumer friendly content that helps our members understand the benefits of their employee health plans and successfully navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.

Imagine turning confusing plan options into clear, animated explainers or transforming dry benefit details into interactive quizzes that spark engagement. You'll partner with our marketing team and subject matter experts to develop a diverse content mix, including:

• Engaging videos and animations: Break down complex healthcare topics into easily digestible visuals that resonate with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
• Interactive tools and resources: Design quizzes, calculators, and other interactive elements that empower employees to make informed choices about their healthcare.
• Compelling social media content: Craft bite-sized, informative, and entertaining posts that capture attention and drive engagement across various platforms.

You'll be the voice of clarity and empowerment for our clients' employees, ensuring they understand the full potential of their benefits and utilize them confidently. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Content Development:
• Research and understand employee healthcare benefits landscape and client-specific offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key content themes and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts for videos, animations, interactive tools, and social media content.
• Scriptwrite for videos and animations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Design and develop interactive tools and resources using relevant software and platforms.
• Craft compelling social media posts tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Production and Management:
• Work with designers, animators, and other production partners to bring content to life.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage content workflow and deadlines efficiently.
• Publish content across various platforms and track performance metrics.
• Analysis and Iteration:
• Monitor content performance through analytics and user feedback.
• Analyze data to identify successful content formats and topics.
• Continuously iterate and improve content based on insights.
• Stay up to date and implement the latest content trends
• Participate in league & department meetings to better understand how content can best support Aces and league business objectives
• Manage livestream production across various social media platforms
• Facilitate the upkeep on all production equipment including and not limited to; production set, lighting, camera, tripods, audio devices, and miscellaneous gear
• Perform other duties as assigned

You must have at least the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Three years of experience capturing and editing video for social and digital media platforms preferred
• Strong background of social media strategy
• Demonstrable videography and photography experience
• Experience with Adobe Creative Applications or comparable programs
• Must demonstrate an active use and understanding of digital and social media
• Must illustrate proficiency in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of content
• Must illustrate both extensive creativity and strong ability for fast-moving social media formatted content
• Must show understanding of digital intellectual property

It would be great if you have:

• Relatively tech savvy (we are a SaaS company after all)
• 2+ years’ experience in any of the following areas: health insurance, employee benefits, insurance brokerage, HR, telemedicine, general healthcare

Supervisory Duties: No supervisory duties.

Travel Requirements Percentage: None - 0%.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machines, etc.
• Prolonged periods of being stationary at a desk and working on a computer
• Communicating with others to exchange information via typing
• Must have close-range clarity of vision with or without corrective lens
• Ability to simultaneously address multiple complex problems; Multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy, able to perform duties from multiple sources
• Interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers, clients, and vendors and under adverse circumstances
• Must maintain regular attendance and be punctual
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
