Description:
The Producer Development Administrator position will be part of the Sales Force Development Team at Leavitt Group Enterprises. The position will report directly to the Sales Director, Peggy Hansen. The primary function of this role will be to assist with the ongoing development and support of new producers throughout our group of agencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- On-boarding of new producers
- Review new hire forms and determine which ones would be a possible fit for our SFDG Producer Development Program
- Send out new hire letters to agency co-owners
- Provide welcome letters to new producers
- Set up Producer Development plan on Smartsheet
- Submit ticket for CRM license, Power BI and temp. $1 amount to activate Snapshot report and Vital Signs Dashboard
- Track producers in the onboarding process
- Participate in the on-boarding calls
- Participate and document in all training calls with producer, co-owner and AP (Agency Partner)
- Connected Champion for Producer Onboarding
Advisor to the Case Leaders- Scheduling monthly training calls
- Assigning presenters by monthly topics
- Note taking on sales calls for the presenters
- Monitoring Monthly Sales calls (make sure all active producers are on the calendar)
- Update Producer Development Plan when changes occur (Master list)
- Update Unily with most recent versions of training materials
- Assist in the off boarding of a producer from the PDP program
- Cancel future calendar invites once off boarded
APL/SFDG quarterly meetings- Take notes for the 4 individual meetings with APL’s
- Assist in creating action plans for struggling producers
- Assist with follow through for these meetings
- Reengage identified producers from action plans with SFDG
- Take notes for the 4 individual meetings with APL’s
Assist in coordinating Producer School (2 x year)- Work with Peggy, Sophie, Tiffiney, and Donell to set up School
- Coordinate the facilities at Marriott Courtyard
- Coordinate all meals and snacks in the community
- Attend Producer School
- Assist with set up and breakdown of school
- Work with Peggy, Sophie, Tiffiney, and Donell to set up School
Sales Force Development Teams Annual Retreat- Schedule events in locations identified
- Schedule dinner
- Schedule activity
- Manage headcount
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be able to communicate information and respond to questions (both verbally and in written form) effectively with company personnel, carriers, the executive team, and others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Smartsheets, Zoom and Teams
- Train and become proficient in the Producer Resource Center Platform on Unily
Working Conditions:
- Some travel may be required; Anticipate 3 x per year
- Majority of work is performed indoors
- Remote position
