To thrive as a successful Producer at Cineloco, you'll need to bring a diverse set of skills to the table. As the mastermind behind various video, photography, and content projects, you'll demonstrate cross-departmental collaboration and project management expertise. From initiation to implementation and deployment, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects to ensure they are delivered on time, under budget, and free of error.

Your ability to secure sourcing quotes and negotiate with broadcast, video, photography, radio, and talent vendors is vital. Additionally, you'll manage the purchasing rights and licensing of all creative assets to maintain the highest quality standards. Acting as the central communications hub between agency team members involved in video, photography, or content projects, you'll keep everyone informed and updated on schedule and budget.

Attention to detail is key as you thoroughly review job input and gather, organize, and store all required assets. Providing vendor/partner research and vetting will ensure the delivery of the highest-quality creative product aligned with the project's vision. Traveling to shoots to oversee production from the production company standpoint will also be part of your responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2+ years of experience managing simultaneous video/photography projects in a fast-paced agency, marketing, or creative services environment.
• Must be detail oriented and adept at multi-tasking.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Solution-driven, even against challenging projects/situations.
