Produce Food Production Associate

Do you love great food and great people?If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Produce team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about learning our most seasonal department. Each of our DLM Produce departments are certified organic, and offer the best quality fruits and vegetables. We are looking for a great associate to assist in all aspects of Produce production in our backroom, including cutting product as well as filling and rotating selections on the sales floor and in the production cooler area. In this position, you'll learn all areas of the backroom such as juicing, making fresh peanut butter, salad bar, veggie bar, and cut fruit. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• Knowledge of food safety.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values:Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 60lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
