Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to offer extracted and generated scheduling and procurement information, ensuring precise delivery expectations of goods and services.
- Inform Production and/or Sales about issues impacting vendor delivery dates.
- Participate in team meetings, offering current delivery information to Production Control, and coordinating adjustments with vendors to meet changing production demands.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues with late deliveries, discrepancies, or failures to meet specifications, collaborating with Project Managers for critical demand dates.
- Conduct a daily examination of product demand reports to identify necessary products/services and uphold minimum stock levels.
- Choose appropriate vendors from the company's sanctioned list and initiate quote requests through RFQs, taking into account Price, Availability, and Delivery.
- Secure multiple quotes for products/services prior to generating and managing Purchase Orders in the MRP/ERP system, adhering to purchasing protocols.
- Fulfill assigned forecasted and unplanned procurement needs for commodities and specific market segments through processing interdepartmental requisitions and monitoring purchase requisition requests daily, from creation to arrival.
- Handle defective or unsatisfactory goods/services by implementing corrective and preventive measures as per company procedures, alongside fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.

Oil & Gas related experience is a plus

Qualifications:
- 5 + years experience in Procurement/Purchasing is required
- ERP system experience is required
- Experience with ISO and API is required
- MS Office Suite proficiency is required
