Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management of indirect Materials and Services spend to support the business in accordance with Procurement policies, systems and procedures, while contributing to the execution of the procurement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or greater (Business/Finance/Supply Chain preferred) 
• 5 + Years experience in Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement
• Knowledge of Procurement
• Understanding of indirect procurement and key Professional Service markets locally
• Related experience in sourcing, supply chain, suppliers, and procurement best practices
• Must be able to prioritize task and function effectively 
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to influence and work with senior levels.
• Experience identifying, developing new and maintaining existing  supplier relationships locally
• Ability to work in teams and diverse groups of people and roles.
• Ability to work independently to manage work progression and time.
• Shows initiative beyond the scope of a project/task.
• Translates feedback into improvements.
• Ability to engage and understand feedback through asking questions.
• Helps others and provides feedback to peers.

Procurement Best Practice 

• Procurement best practices locally and processes 
• Agility to work on relevant systems and Tools (Ariba, SAP, BW) 

Project Management

• Excellent Project management and presentation skills with experience in a global environment, understanding of cultural differences.
• Strong analytical and systems/process skills

Preferred Experience:

• Prefer to have ISM CPSM & PMP certificate.
