What you'll need to be successful:
Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need to be able to:
• Work well with internal and external customers, using excellent written and oral communication skills
• Building trust through integrity in everything we do
• Ability to monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
Qualifications:
• Must be able to manage a timeline on all assigned loan files, ensuring timely receipt of all required documents, following up with the appropriate party
• Order and review all verification documents; insurance, title work, tax transcripts, verification of employment, verification of deposits, flood certifications, payoffs
• Ability to handle a continuous workload with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in modern technology, including Microsoft Applications
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handle multiple tasks
