Processing Assistant

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30am-7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Management:

• Assist in managing and optimizing warehouse workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet production goals.

Data Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse processes.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors on workflow progress, identifying areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure proper stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and adhere to quality assurance standards in warehouse processes.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy and quality of products and shipments.

Process Improvement:

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization.
• Implement and communicate process changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in all warehouse activities.
• Proactively identify and address safety hazards, promoting a safe working environment.

Floor Work and Collaboration:

• Occasionally engage in floor work activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes.
• Collaborate with floor associates to address immediate needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, ideally at an L2 or L3 level.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate complex workflows.
• Proficient in data tracking and reporting, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to warehouse safety protocols.

Reporting Structure:

• Report to the Area Manager, providing regular updates on warehouse activities.
