Responsibilities and Requirements:

Process Engineer Technician I

• The safety and health of employees take precedence over all duties of this job
• Monitors cycle times and adjusts as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Modify processes as required for product orders
• Conducts mechanical tasks such as process monitoring, sampling, and testing
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Ensure equipment and processes meet standard production outputs
• Monitors operations process, work, and material flow for quality assurance
• Assists maintenance with preventative maintenance projects
• Conducts test and trial runs as needed

Process Engineer Technician II

• Provide repair and replacement of electrical and/or pneumatic instrumentation and control systems
• Maintain and improve existing manufacturing practices
• Capable of creating databases and manipulating charts
• Proficient in quality equipment calibration
• Knowledgeable in Thermoforming and Extrusion processes
• Capable of detecting deficiencies and implementing process-countermeasures

Process Engineer Technician III

• Lead an SPS team
• Proficient with 3D design software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR)
• Capable of handling projects and managing contractors
• Create and run CAA capital projects
• Propose and implement continuous improvement projects
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Responsible for implementing visual controls and standard work in the department
• Work with the plant and management to improve safety initiatives

Requirements:
Must-Haves:

• Proficient with 3D design Software
• Industrial experience with machinery
• Leadership Training - experience leading a team

Nice-To-Haves:

• Bilingual - English and Spanish
