Key Areas of ResponsibilitySupport Analyst for Labor Management Solution system
o Work with Dept Business Owners to collect & set-up users.
o Work with Management Team to collect daily activities by User Group
o Complete Shift Configuration, Activity Configuration & User Group Configuration
o Check user activities & validate start/stop & performance calculations.
o Monitor & resolve Transactional Error & Quarantined Users
o Troubleshoot questionable transaction & cross reference with WMS to identify root cause & report to Rebus team for resolution.
o Review of quarantined transaction, ensure no backlogs & delete as needed.
o Setting up/Cloning Dashboards for DC Operation Departments
o Identify & resolve end user errors (ex: use of activity adjustment screen)
o Use time-based standards & historical data to support DC mgrs. on improving performance.
o Working with cross functional teams for Process Improvement implementations.
o Work with IT & business users for future mapping enhancements & software upgrades
o Maintain error logs & resolve issues with operations.
o Create & test widgets, reports, & communicate results to DC management team.
o Monitor widget performance & update properties to capture key metrics.
o Assist Management team in response to widget alerts
o Attend meetings in regard to open end issues experience by Management team
o Publish dashboards for real-time visibility within assigned Rebus profiles.
o Update published dashboards to reflect any changes made to previous version.
o Activate/Deactivate widgets to display or perform maintenance of properties.
Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager. Job Requirements & Qualifications:1 years' experience in Distribution Centers, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or equivalent experience
Experience with Six Sigma, 5S Methodology &/or other Continuous Improvement Principles a plus
Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
Minimum of 1 year experience working in project teams preferred
Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision
Quick learner with strong organization skills
Strong written & verbal communication skills
