We are seeking a Process Engineer to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in optimizing and streamlining operations through tasks related to process improvement and efficiency enhancement. This role involves analyzing current processes, designing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, and evaluating the effectiveness of changes made.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices in Process Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process solutions meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Document process changes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of implemented process changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process analysis, design, and optimization, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
