```Duties```
- Develop and implement efficient processes for manufacturing operations
- Optimize production processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
- Conduct data analysis and utilize statistical tools to identify trends and patterns
- Design and implement process control systems to ensure product quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to resolve them
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate new equipment and technologies
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in Process Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and processes
- Experience with plastics injection molding is highly desirable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of tooling design is a plus
