Job Description
As a Production Engineer (also known as Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer), you'll take a lead role in daily operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality control. You'll evaluate current processes, materials, and equipment, create and maintain process documentation, and use quality tools to help production meet quality metrics. You'll also manage new equipment, provide cost estimates on new products, and lead large cross-functional project teams.

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution, preferably in Manufacturing or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in production/industrial engineering preferably with an assembly or metal fabrication background.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CAD/CAM software, assembly processes, and MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
