About Jax Spine and Pain Centers
- Assess patients prior to procedure.
- Gather supplies needed for the procedure and account for supplies consumed.
- Assist provider as needed.
- Position and prepare patients on the procedure table
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and/or administer pain & anxiolytic medications as ordered and Adhere to safety standards and precautions
Requirements/Preferences:
- Candidate must demonstrate aptitude for sterile technique, and specialized equipment/technology in pain management.
- Candidate must demonstrate and abide by radiation safety regulations.
- Individual must be organized, with exceptional skill in planning and preparing for pain procedures.
- Ability to maintain pace and rhythm of fast-paced pain management service line.
- Ability to quickly adjust to changes in patient focused events.
- Solid understanding of patient safety and standard precautions.
- Candidate must possess general clinical competency in circulating nursing in accordance to practice standards.
