Pro-shop closer

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Closer. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing exceptional customer service and handling various sales transactions. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Must be at least 20 years or older. This is a seasonal job starting in April and throug October.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is a plus
- Experience in wireless sales, electronics sales, jewelry sales, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong math skills for basic calculations and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
