90 Day Training Pay Rate: $20/Hr

Starting Pay Rate: $28/Hr with Performance Bonus

The Path To Success

To become a part of our company all new hires must first complete our patented PPT Training Program. Our training program ranges from 90 days to 6+ months (depending on your skill level and experience) and equips each candidate with all of the protocols, procedures and mindset needed to operate as a Pro-Painting Technician with our company. The more professional painting experience you already have coming in, the faster you will excel through our program.

NOTE: We love to hire painters who already know the craft. However, no matter how much experience you have, or what position you are applying for, all new hires go through our training program to learn our company protocols and procedures. Why? Because when all of our team members work together using the same methods, daily productivity is at its best!

What’s in it for you?

Pay rate during the PPT Training program is $20/hr. After passing our 90 day assessment test you will be promoted to the position of Pro-Painting Technician and become eligible for all company benefits & performance bonuses. Each Pro-Painting Technician starting wage is $28/Hr with their performance bonus rate engaged. Several pay raises will also be given throughout the first year of employment as you grow and become a valued asset to our company. By the end of the first year with our company you will be making $31/Hr with your performance bonus rate engaged.

For many of our teams members the position of Pro-Painting Technician is a great long term fit. The pay is excellent and your earning potential will continue to increase the longer you stay with our company - each subsequent year earning additional pay raises.

If you possess leadership qualities and incredible customer service skills then you may want to consider becoming a PPT Crew Leader. Any Pro-Painting Technician with the drive to be promoted can enter into our Crew Leader training program. Prerequisites: Candidate must be employed with us as a Pro-Painting Technician for 9 + months and show exceptional leadership capabilities. Earning potential for a PPT Crew Leader is over $75,000/year.

How our hiring process works

After an initial interview we will schedule a date and time for a skill assessment.You will meet us at one of our current job sites and be assigned a series of tasks to perform. The point of this assessment is to see how well you know the painting trade and where your particular skill level is at. This skill assessment can take as little as 15 minutes or as long as a few hours.

If we hire you… The next step is a drug test and background check. All of our candidates must submit to both to be employed with our company.

Once your drug test and background check are approved you will be officially hired on as a Pro-Painting Technician Apprentice and scheduled a start date to begin your training.

30 Day Review Period

Your first 30 days of employment are observed as a . If our trainers find that your attitude, work ethic, or personality conflicts with our company core values and how we operate, or if you are unwilling to adhere to our training protocols, you will be dismissed from employment without question.

Daily Work Schedule & Work Vehicles

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm)

You will be expected to arrive at our office each morning (typically at 8am) with enough time to get into your assigned work vehicle and arrive to that day’s job site by 8:30am. You leave the job site at 4:30pm and return to our office to park the work vehicle.

• Pay days are every other Friday.
