Prn Occupational Therapy Assistant

PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for Skilled Nursing Facility.

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Clinical care, IDT communication, and D/C planning. Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents.

Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management and a strong team first mindset.

Documentation System: Rehab Optima and Point Click Care (Knowledge/Familiarity preferred)

Qualifications: Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of Employment.
