PRN Licensed Practical Nurse- (LPN)

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Brookside is seeking PRN LPNs to work needed shifts and the avaliabilty to work at other locations. PRN staff can choose the shifts and facility that is most convenient for their schedule/location, but have the option to work at any facility they choose to.

NEW Rates:

• $32/hr flat rate for LPNs (No shift diff, no bonuses, no benefits, no baylor pay ect).

Shifts Available:

· Work a Minimum of 12 hours per week

· Work a Maximum of 36 hours per week

· Both 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am shifts available

Responsibilities:

· Performs various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain their highest practical level of functioning

· Make rounds to see each resident daily and as needed

· Assess residents and analyze information to develop appropriate interventions

· Administer medications and treatments to residents

· Maintain accountability for controlled substances

Requirements:

· Must have an Active Nebraska LPN License

· Long term care experience preferred
