SalarySeeking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for 1:1 Home Care Clients and per diem Facility Staffingat a continuing care retirement community. Per diem, part time, full time options.
All Clients and Retirement Communities are located within a 15 mile radius of Newtown Square, PA (19073)
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Nursing care
- Companionship
- Assistance with ADL's and IADL's
- Provide professional nursing assessment and report any changes in status to Supervisor
- Provide a continuous quality standard of care to each Client
- Medication administration/reminders
- Monitor Client progress
- Adhere to Home Care regulations
