Prn Certified Medication Aide (Cma/Qma) !! New Higher Rates !!

PRN CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE- (CMA/QMA)

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Brookside is seeking PRN CMA/QMAs to work needed shifts and the avaliabilty to work at other locations. PRN staff can choose the shifts and facility that is most convenient for their schedule/location, but have the option to work at any facility they choose to.

NEW Rates:

• $22/hr flat rate for CMA/QMAs (No shift diff, no bonuses, no benefits, no baylor pay ect).

Shifts Available:

· Work a Minimum of 8 hours per week

· Work a Maximum of 32 hours per week

· 6:30am-2:30pm

. 2:30pm-10:30pm

. 10:30pm-6:30am

Responsibilities:

· Directly respond, within scope, to the needs and concerns of residents and family members

· Ensure residents’ right to privacy (visual and auditory)

· Provide resident care as directed by care plan and/or nursing staff

· Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, etc. as needed

· Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient’s chart

. Administer medications using the 5 rights

Requirements:

·· Must have NEBRASKA CMA 40 hour certification

· Must have NEBRASKA CNA Certification

Long term care experience preferred
