Prn Caregiver

We are currently building our care teams and need PartTime/PRN staff willing to work a minimum of 8 hours a week. ***If you cannot work the 8 hours a week, please continue with application and reach out as needs change often in this field of work.*** We are looking to fill these shifts between the hours of 7a-7p, with weekends only as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals in need, including those with autism, hospice patients, and residents of nursing homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring the health and well-being of individuals.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies.
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices is a plus.

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.25 - $17.25 per hour
