Private Wealth Service Associate

Role:
The primary role of the Private Wealth Service Associate works closely with advisors and team members to support our clients.
Responsibilities
o Service and maintain book of business
o Assist in the trading of assets in accounts to include portfolio rebalancing, distributions and tax loss harvesting
o Assist in monitoring asset/security level variance including fixed income maturity and credit ratings
o Coordination of multiple transactions from various accounts and sources to achieve specific results (Account Opening and Account maintenance and asset movement)
o Understanding of various types of strategies with ability to provide execution support across multiple investment platforms
o Ensure compliance by maintain electronic client files with detailed notes of processing history
o Successfully assist in the preparation of quarterly review, including conducting attribution analysis and making portfolio recommendations that align with the overall investment strategy and goals
o Review and respond to compliance alerts
o Ensure compliance by monitoring and responding to alerts, identifying, and resolving issues in a timely manner
o Deliver high quality written and verbal correspondence to both clients and internal staff, showcasing excellent communication skills
o Resolve client inquiries in a timely and effective manner
o Contribute to internal workflow system upgrades and development to improve operational efficiency
o Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities deemed appropriate by advisors and directors, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and contribute to the team’s overall success
Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and/or equivalent
o FINRA Registration (Series 7, 63 or 66)
o Working towards CFP, CIMA or WMCP
- 5-7 years of Investment Operations experience
o California Life & Health license (or must obtain within 45 days of employment)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
