Private Tutor

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced tutor to join our team. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of various ages and skill levels. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective tutoring strategies, assessing student progress, and creating a positive learning environment.

This position is a hybrid position with the ability to work fully remote or remote and in person.

Duties:
- Conduct one-on-one in person or online sessions with students
- Assist students in understanding and completing assignments
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Utilize learning technology and educational resources to enhance tutoring sessions
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Help students develop effective study skills and organizational strategies
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Provide additional support for students with special needs or learning challenges
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional techniques
- Excellent tutoring skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with technology
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in childcare, special education, or early childhood education is a plus
- Classroom teaching experience is an asset

-MUST BE RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE. Punctuality is crucial to the role

Salary:

-Amount per hour varies from experience, languages spoken, and whether you choose to tutor in person or online.

-A $10 Bonus is paid to a tutor for every new student they bring into the company for at least 10 classes. No more than one Bonus per day allowed.
