- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Conduct assessments to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences
