As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. If you have a love for childhood development and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities

- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for children

- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive curriculum

- Monitor and assess each child's individual progress

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Experience:

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred

- Knowledge of child welfare and early childhood education principles

- Familiarity with curriculum development for preschool programs

- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues

- Experience in daycare or tutoring settings is a plus

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred

- CPR and First Aid certification is required (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
