Position Summary:

Queen Village Therapy Group is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team. This is a contract/1099 position that allows you to create the schedule that works best for you. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while providing valuable therapy services to our diverse clientele. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being.

Must hold a valid license in the state of Virginia as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using a secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy, depending on client needs and your areas of expertise.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for case consultations and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive therapeutic experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience providing therapy in a remote or telehealth setting is preferred but not required.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, private space for conducting remote sessions.
• Private practice minded: independent and flexible
• Completed CAQH profile (required if invited to join the practice)
• Professional Liability Insurance (required if invited to join the practice)

Compensation:

This is a contracted 1099 position. Compensation is based on the number of client sessions conducted each week. Clinicians can make up to $95 per session. Compensation options will be discussed during the interview process.
