Ability to make $17.00 per hour after 90 days and up to $18.00 per hour thereafter with advancement opportunities up to $25.00 per hour!

Care Crew is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Providers. You will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation. There are also opportunities to challenge you. As Care Crew is owned and operated by a Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with clients to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being as well as elevated job duties that could include an array of nurse delegated tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of client care and activities
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
