Pay: $21.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM- 8 PM

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing Assistance
- Some Toileting Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- Some assistance with hygiene/grooming
- Standby assistance
Notes: Client has some forgetfulness. Client is mostly independent but uses a rollator for mobility. Client lives with spouse who mostly needs companion services. Family car available for transportation as needed.
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
- CNA Preferred or equivalent training
- Wearing Scrubs required
