Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri, & Sat 11 AM-3 PM

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?

• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Engagement
• Toileting
• Bathing/Dressing
• Hygiene Assistance
• Standby assistance

Notes: Client has dementia and a recent partial hip replacement. Client enjoys music and watching sports.

Requirements: What is required from you?

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
• Must be reliable
