Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with their daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their independence. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as dire
- Support patients in engaging in social activities and community outings
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient observations, progress, and any incidents or accidents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate nature and ability to provide emotional support to patients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.02 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
