The position
We are hiring a skilled CIPP-US certified privacy attorney to provide CA-specific privacy advice and counsel to a telehealth platform that sells prescription drugs and personal care items online. This person may also be tasked with other privacy-related responsibilities such as negotiating DPAs or negotiating processing terms with service providers.
This is a fully remote, 20-30 hour per week role with an estimated duration of 2-3 months.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $105 and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
