About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Priority Support L3 who covers jobs responsible for direction and support for computer-based information and communication systems, including technical, programming and development, network communications, and systems analysis.
In this role, you will:
  • A contributing member of Wells Fargo L3 Priority Support Team, the top escalation points for Network Operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues escalated to Network Operations for Wells Fargo Bank
  • Participate in Major Incident Management conference calls and associated bridge-lines.
  • Provide written feedback to management/root cause teams on escalated issues.
  • Work issues escalated to L3 Support (Priority Support)
  • Work on incidents in accordance with Integrated Operations Management Incident Process configuring of network devices (on back of break fix)
  • Mentor / Train L1-3 Engineers
  • Open Change controls and emergency break-fix Change Records as required.
  • Engage, escalate, collaborate with Technology Vendors (TAC and HTTS) for Support and RFO's.
  • Deploy Sniffer/ Infinistream capture, configure associated Routers and Switches and be able to read packet captures.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Routing/Switching/Firewalls/Load Balancers/Proxy appliances.
  • Work with vendors / vendor escalations (on complex issues)
  • Functionally aligned to the manager and work closely
  • Participate in Engineering projects providing Operational input.
  • Participate in weekly On-Call rotation.
  • Be available for after hours and weekend emergency escalations.

Required Qualifications, US:
  • Experience in Network Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Must have the ability to remain calm, composed and patient when working in high stress, high pressure situations which can have Sr. Level visibility.
  • Able to collaborate with others, lead/guide trouble shooting when needed.
  • Must be able to work as a member of a Team.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently or with a group of people and demonstrate initiative.
  • Desire to continue to grow your technical knowledge and eager to adapt to new technologies.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of network support experience in NOC Operations or similar environment.
  • Excellent understanding on Routing & Switching concepts (RIP / OSPF / BGP)
  • Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages. Resolve Large admin/Enterprise issues for the bank.
  • Extensive hands on experience in all Cisco Routers / Switches / Wireless devices; Cisco / Aruba, Palo Alto and Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, AVI Load Balancers, IP subnetting, Layer 2-4 stack understanding, VoIP, QoS, MPLS, SDWAN, VXLAN, SNI
  • Experience on Arista hardware is a plus.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and communication skills.
  • Ansible knowledge is a plus.

Pay Range
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00 Annual
