Form of work100% printer related support. Break/fix and install experience on Client printers. Client Web Jetadmin will be used to manage devices remotely. ServiceNow - Incidents will be created/resolved through ServiceNow ticketing system. Asset Management - Tracking printer assets in ServiceNow. General Microsoft Office experience. Some local travel (less then 5% of the time).
