We are seeking a Customer Support Administrator With Printing Knowledge to join a Great team in the Hartford Area! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (both in person and on the phone) and complaints
- Order Entry and Sales Support for our Clients both Consumer and Corporate
- Purchase Orders and Follow up with Clients as needed
- Provide information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions in our system
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Support the sales team by managing their job orders
Qualifications:
- Previous Print Shop experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The position is full time.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible hours.
