Responsibilities:
- Handle intermediate contracted customer requirements, including document assembly and finishing.
- Receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs as the point of contact.
- Operate standard finishing and office/production equipment (e.g., paper cutters, inserters, laminating, printers, copiers).
- Apply asset tags to office equipment, update databases, and coordinate equipment assets at customer accounts.
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot office equipment.
- Process incoming/outgoing faxes, log for billing, and handle basic forms on a PC.
- Package, label, and ship finished products, collect meter reads, and manage supply inventory.
- Solve production-related issues and ensure quality inspection during and after production runs.
- Sort, scan, and index hardcopy materials or digital files for use in documents.
- Respond to print/copy equipment issues and perform operator maintenance.
- Maintained reporting logs for billing purposes and assisted with job storage and file backup.
- Provide minimal training to end-users on equipment operation and may develop work processes or templates.
- Operate high-volume folding, inserting, and mailing equipment when required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Post-high school technology training or relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web browsing, and data entry.
- Familiarity with operating office equipment and troubleshooting common issues.
- Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages).
- Professionalism, business maturity, and the ability to work independently.
