Who we're looking for:
We are currently seeking candidates for a Print Production Operator to operate digital duplicating machines in the production of print copies from a variety of sources. Respond to clients requirements in a professional and ethical business manner. To provide the best quality service and products through exemplary customer service and turnarounds. Sustain communication within branch, ARC affiliates and clients for top customer service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Process work orders in-person, via phone, electronic and hard copy.
• Complete order forms.
• E-mail or call customers with questions regarding orders when appropriate.
• Examine digital files for completeness and defects.
• Resolve problems with digital orders or obtains assistance from technical expert.
• Communicate with customers throughout the production phase to provide status updates.
• Refer questions regarding jobs in progress to the appropriate production manager.
• Follow-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates/times.
• Provide information to customers regarding products, processes (software/hardware), and production turnaround times.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed.
• Mount printed media to various substrates using mounting adhesives.
• Trim / cut printed material to specifications, Laminate printed media, and Stitch/hem banners.
• Report mechanical failure to the Production Manager or Branch Manager
• Perform other tasks, duties, or functions as assigned.

What you bring to the company:

• High School graduate / GED completion

• 2+ years' experience in color reprographics field in a professional environment using graphic applications
• 1-2 years of direct color services and design such as signage, posters, projects, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in finishing and mounting

• Working Knowledge of Adobe Creatve Suite
