Print Production Manager

POSITION PROFILE
Our company is a fast-paced, one-stop production house that specializes in wide format digital printing. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can easily acclimate and adapt within our dynamic environment. This candidate should possess a strong graphics background with knowledge of print media. Production experience is necessary as we produce a broad spectrum of products. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory as our clients require immediate responses that are clear and succinct regarding project phase and status.

This candidate is very detailed oriented, capable of multi-tasking and has strong organizational skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high-pressured environment. Regular and reliable attendance.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Routinely demonstrates and maintains a helpful and positive work culture
• Keeps Management apprised of all issues and daily activity with timely responses
• Oversees and monitors staff performance to maintain quality standards
• Ensure operational deadlines and goals are being met
• Maintains efficient workflow from receipt of job through delivery to client
• Supervise the production team for efficiency, quality and deadline management
• Maintains inventory control
• Responsible for managing support staff
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

• Knowledge of the printing trade and finishing processes
• 3+ years experience in printing or a related field is required
• High school or GED is required
• Must possess a computer literate background to navigate tasks daily

Specific experience in the following software

• Creative Suite
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Onyx 11 Thrive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
