Print Production Associate

There is no extensive walking, lifting or standing.

Ability to lift up to 50# is a Ricoh standard.

Responsibilities are:

o Operating high volume production(copy) equipment – Office copier on larger scale

o Quality checking print job & entry level binding - QA exp., attention to detail and insertion/machine operation skills o Scanning of mail

o Mail delivery o hospitality support – conference room set-up/break down, delivery of stock/supplies for meetings. i.e. paper, markers, snacks

o Receptionist support– answer incoming calls- scheduling conference rooms and incoming calls.

o Shipping/receiving packages -package handling skills The resume must reflect working exp of 6months -1yr of production such as packing, production and Print Production is a plus.

Must be willing to learn scanning and mail.

Walking lifting, bending twisting will be necessary up to 50lbs and with assistance over 50lbs.

Customer facing position, business casual work environment, Resumes must reflect work skills such as production, shipping/receiving, mail clerk, print related work related experience is a plus.

Must be willing to learn job tasks, adhere to confidentiality and non disclosure as will encounter confidential documents.

Attention to detail, organization skills and work independently with ability to be flexible and maintain project goals.

Candidates MUST have production copy experience and customer service skills.
