Description
The Print Marketing Coordinator is a project management role responsible for the coordination of in-house print projects ministry wide as well as coordination of print assignments sent to contract designers and agencies. This position works with Faith Comes By Hearing's multiple departments, the ministry's out-of-house consulting firm (BBS), in-house printing staff, and out-of-house vendors to produce projects with consistent messaging, excellent quality, and expedient delivery.
Responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinates Marketing and Communication print projects using Monday.com, Google Drive, and other relevant applications.
  2. Coordinates all in-house print projects with in-house printing staff from initial design to completion of project.
  3. Coordinates all print assignments sent to outside contract designer/graphic artists, and printers from initial design to completion of project.
  4. Determines print project resources, specifications, timelines, and budget for all print/promotional communications.
  5. Works directly with outside vendors in obtaining competitive pricing and quality assurance.
  6. Collaborates with outside consultant (BBS) and coordinates with Donor Engagement Team on mass mail fundraising campaigns.
  7. Acts as primary liaison between Faith Comes By Hearing and BBS Project Manager, during campaign: coordinating graphics, reviewing specifications, and proofing projects in process.
  8. Intermittent proofing of internal and external projects during interment process ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  9. Coordinates with Marketing and Communications Event Coordinator for a wide range of event print and promotional needs with an understanding of themes, design, and deadlines.
  10. Works closely with Print and Digital Marketing Supervisor in ensuring consistent messaging and branding ministry wide and with special print projects that involve multiple, high-level input.
  11. Coordinates with a wide variety of internal departments and staff in providing communications/promotional material that are mailed and/or presented to donors, partners, and leads.
  12. Maintains a physical inventory of Print Marketing materials.
  13. Maintains a digital library of print materials for ongoing campaigns, reprinting, historical reference, and other purposes.

Requirements
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in project coordination with emphasis on hard-copy production
  • Demonstrate strong ability to multitask, handle details, and oversee multiple project deadlines
  • Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly assess multiple department's print and promotional needs
  • Experience with Google Drive or a similar cloud-based storage application
  • Experience with Monday.com or a similar CRM (Asana, Trello, etc.) or a willingness to learn
