Print And Mail Site Manager - Immediate Opening

The MCS Group, Inc has an immediate job opening for a Site Manger to work in a high-volume healthcare environment in Rockville, MD.

.Job oversight and hands on work in the Print and Mail center. The manager is also responsible for cross-training, reports, and assistance in mail services.

Candidates must possess strong print skills, preferably with high volume and finishing equipment and great communication skills. Must be able to pay close attention to details.

The candidate must be highly motivated, customer-focused and capable of demonstrating a variety of tasks. Also responsible for providing a high level of quality and accountablity while maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Being involved in the workflow in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Be able to coordinate and lead in complex print/copy requests.
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs unassisted.
• Assist customers with mail, shipping and receiving packages.

Qualifications:

• An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Have experience with Fiery Workflow Services
• Proficient in Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint and Publisher
• Mailroom Experience
