Form of workOculus Studios and Sanzaru Games are looking for a multi-talented Senior UI Artist to join our cutting edge, experienced development team in crafting visually stunning and immersive worlds. As a Senior UI Artist, you will work directly with studio leads, UI designers, and UI engineers to create cutting edge UI for a AAA VR game. Sanzaru prides itself on crafting interactive content that delivers high quality, immersive experiences that takes players to unimaginable worlds. - Produce UI assets appropriate for each stage of game design, from wireframe and concepts to final in-game assets.
- Collaborate with game designers creating clear UI flows that ensure an optimal player experience.
- Produce and integrate 2D and 3D UI assets in accordance with pre-defined artistic and technical guidelines.
- Work closely with artists, game designers, and engineers to ensure performance and artistic fidelity of UI assets.
- Participate in research and development of latest tools, shaders, technology, and workflows.
- Participate in feature planning, review meetings and team discussions.
- Contribute to building internal community by showcasing workflows, artistic techniques, providing quality feedback, and mentoring others.
- Deliver, request, and accept constructive feedback with a positive attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of game development experience as a Senior UI Artist in AAA games.
- A portfolio showcasing wireframes, UI game samples and solid artistic foundations.
- Experience developing and launching a title using Unreal Engine.
- Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary game development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with and interest in VR.
- Experience integrating 3D UI assets.
- Experience implementing UI materials and lighting.
- Interest in games across platforms and genres.
