As a PrincipalVisual Product Designer you will create visible and impactful change! This will be a hybrid design role, in which you will get to exercise your visual design (primary) and motion graphics (secondary) skills. You will start by using Design Thinking methodology to develop empathy for the product's users. You will work closely with local and global teams to deliver high quality, end-to-end designs in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategize, lead, and execute design initiatives that involve digital, print, and motion graphics deliverables to respond to both business and user needs
- Translate complex information into engaging visual assets, including journey maps, storyboards, illustrations, animations, etc.
- Apply, maintain, and contribute to our design system to ensure cohesive designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, marketing, engineering, research, subject matter experts, legal, and executive leadership)
- Understand and document user research findings and analytics, and iterate designs based on feedback
- Share knowledge and educate the team and the organization about our design process and best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skill
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant design skills for this role such as:
- Visual Design, especially for UX, product, or design system
- Motion graphics, including micro-interactions for components

- 5+ years of professional experiences (not including academic experiences)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
- Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner
- Proficiency in visual/product design, motion graphics, and presentation software, especially Figma, Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Keynote
- Experience working across multiple platforms (e.g., digital products, motion graphics, websites, mobile apps, prints, etc.)
- Experience in the application of design systems such as Material Design
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill
- Experience in Illustration and how you use illustrations to tell a story
- Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology and (workshop) facilitation
- Familiarity with financial terminologies
- Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design
- Technical knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
