Primary Role
American Water Works Service Company, Inc. (Camden, NJ) is seeking Principal Solution Engineer (Multiple Openings). Configure Device Management and Work Management modules in SAP ISU(Utilities); use SAP S4 HANA Suite for implementations of new enhancements and projects; implement SAP AMI modules and plant maintenance modules including EDM; conduct process design, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP ISU Module; work with Master data including device Data setup, Scheduling, Device Movements, Meter reads Mass processing, download and upload process; identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort and trouble shoot issues; analyze and document user requirements and design solutions for the business process scenarios; realize the technology solution in order to fulfill business requirements, including design frameworks, documentation and proof of concept needs while adhering to documentation, configuration, security, development, and testing standards and guidelines; prepare Functional Specification and Interface Design documents; analyze existing custom developments, objects, and modifications, and evaluate the impact of changes on them; provide subject matter expertise on best practices for implementing SAP ISU business processes; and lead workshops in adoption of standard SAP processes. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field, and 5 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include 5 years' experience implementing SAP solutions; 5 years' experience with SAP ISU Device management configuration and support; 5 years' configuration experience of Device management, Meter read validations & Basic settings; and 3 years' experience with AMI, Service Order and EAM processes in PM. Incumbent must also have experience with at least two full cycle SAP system implementations. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
